To request a return please e-mail Kendall at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and detail as to which item you are looking to return. Once approved, we will send you a return authorization number and link to our returns portal. You must have a return authorization number or we cannot accept the return. Please note that a return authorization number does not guarantee a return if the merchandise is found to be damaged or missing.
Merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery will be fully refunded. Any merchandise returned after 14 days will be issued a credit. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or missing.
Items must be returned new and in the original condition. All items must have the original garment tags and bags on them.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify email@example.com.
All merchandise discounted 40% or more, can only be returned for exchange. All items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise purchased in conjunction with a gift with purchase is only available for exchange.
