To request a return, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and style number and detail of which item(s) you wish to return. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your request. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and a link to our returns portal where you may access your shipping label.
Return requests received within 10 business days of delivery for eligible merchandise will be fully refunded. Return requests received after 10 business days of delivery for eligible merchandise will only be qualified for store credit to be issued through a personalized credit code. Items must be returned new and in the original condition. All items must include the original garment tags and bags. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged or missing.
All merchandise discounted 40% or greater is only eligible for store credit. All items marked ‘Final Sale’ may not be returned or exchanged. Any merchandise purchased in conjunction with a ‘gift with purchase’ promotion is only available for exchange.
All refunds will be issued to the card used for the initial order within 10 business days of receiving at our warehouse, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Store Credits will be administered as personalized codes to be used on our website. All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
