Veronica Beard is looking for an experienced digital expert to join our team in New York as Email Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. The Email Marketing Manager will work cross functionally to craft and deploy relevant emails campaigns for Veronica Beard. This role is one that is strategy driven and heavily focused on email KPI’s and analytics. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for testing, compliance and all trigger, transaction and lifecycle email management.


Plot out and maintain email calendar; distribute weekly and communicate changes
Drive Optimization: growth through continuous testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization
Responsible for segmentation, file health, forecasting, testing for daily batch and blast emails
Collaborate with creative, site & CRM teams to improve effectiveness of email communication while adhering to brand guidelines priorities
Develop creative briefs for all emails by season and kickoff all brief requests to the Creative & Editorial team
Work with buyers/ merchants to ensure products featured in emails are online and available for email campaigns
QA-test emails across devices, coordinate feedback, and approve final drafts
Support weekly and monthly reporting initiatives by pulling data and populating into dashboards
Ability to build out dashboard to share KPIs, learnings, and analysis


Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2-4 years of e-commerce experience
Understanding of email standards and regulations, tech stacks, file growth, deliverability
Fluency in HTML
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop, and grow teams
P&L or line of business management experience, core operational strength and the ability to make budget decisions to drive business success
Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments
Proficient in Google Analytics, M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
