The Product Development Associate will be working closely with the Product Development Team and Production Team in our NYC Corporate Office. The role reports directly to the Senior Product Development Manager.


Work with Design and PD Team to develop and execute proto samples and SMS for RTW, jeans woven line, swim line, and exclusive programs.
Support Design/PD Team with launching re-cuts and fit comments by providing complete package for domestic & oversea vendors
Create factory linesheets, communicate and send out design updates to domestic and international vendors daily
Troubleshoot, supply any needs, and technical support for factories regarding development
Manage factories and development to stay on the T&A calendar
Track, log in, and organize all proto samples and SMS
Set up and maintain accurate and updated information in PLM and Simparel
Work with factories and graders to get accurate yield information for all styles
Participate in seasonal line review to record all changes and updates on each style
Work with Product Development Team to compile a full package – pattern, trims, cuttermust, pricing, swatches, counter sourced materials, BOM, etc. – to pass off to Production Team each season
Work with Production Team and Trim Team to resolve any potential production issues

2-3 years of experience
Proactive, extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus
Experience with Cut & Sew is a plus
