Q&A

ON #MAKEITHAPPEN…
DEBUG: core/paragraph
Alexandra Wilkis Wilson: Making it happen means turning your ideas into reality, making mistakes along the way, learning from them and picking yourself up every morning. It's shooting for the moon, stars and sun—and making mistakes is part of that journey.

Karla Martinez de Salas: It means remembering that what you do is important. There are so many challenges in our everyday lives—making it happen is to have your mission and accomplish it. Go chase your dreams, whatever they might be.

Karolina Kurkova: Things aren't always easy. You may have a plan; it might not work out. To #MAKEITHAPPEN means learning to zig and zag, and always having a great attitude about it. Don't try to fight it—right it.

Veronica Swanson Beard: #MAKEITHAPPEN means you are optimistic, you believe things can happen, you make moves, you have energy, you're a risk-taker...

ON CHALLENGES...
DEBUG: core/paragraph
KMdS: Persevere. Keep moving. Realize who is there for you, who is supporting you. Those who don't? Move on.

KK: We all have tough days—it's about how you pull through. Before I had kids, I thought about the people who were there for me, who supported me, who believed in me. I pulled through because of them; I never wanted to let them down. Now that I have kids, there is no giving up. They look up to you. They inject so much life, confidence and fire in you.

Veronica Miele Beard: Don't listen to the bad noise. There are always going to be the doubters and the haters. That makes us dig in more.

ON SUPPORT...
DEBUG: core/paragraph
AWW: I'm a big believer in opening doors for others. If you get a seat at the table, who are you bringing with you?

KK: I'm grateful for everyone around me and my mom-friends. We uplift each other. It's not about me and my family; it's about our neighbors and our kids, all of us being together and supporting each other. That's where it starts: at home and in the community.
