Not Your Mama’s White Wine Spritzer
.5 oz dry vermouth
.5 oz St-Germain
2 grapefruit ice cubes
RAMONA
Grapefruit wedge, for garnishing
Process: Add the ice cubes to a wine glass. Add the lemon juice, dry vermouth, St-Germain and Ramona Ruby Grapefruit Wine Spritz to the glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Ma, Ma, Ma, My RAMONA

2oz RAMONA
1.5oz Altos Blanco Tequila
.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino
.25 oz St George Absinthe
.5oz Lime Juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Process: Add all ingredients minus RAMONA in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 5-10 seconds. Fine strain into a Highball or Collins glass and add 2 oz of RAMONA. Fill with cube ice and garnish with salted grapefruit wedges.
RAMONA Negroni

1/2 can RAMONA
2 ounces Campari
2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed, y'all)
1 ounce orange juice (freshies)
Splash Simple syrup
Couple of ice cubes.
Process: Place that magic in a blender and whirl it up.Enjoy!
