Q&A
What are the driving passions that set you on your path?
My competition is myself. I am very passionate about what I do—I love to be creative and I am always looking for ways to bring new things and ideas to the table! I have been a model for more than 20 years, I started creating digital content back in 2010 as a way to explore and apply all the knowledge I had acquired over the years in the fashion industry working next to the best and very talented people. I am a generator—I love to connect people—I love beautiful aesthetics, and I love everything about feeling good.

Top essential life hacks to make it happen?
To start the day with the right foot. I also like to set an intention for the day. My top 3 tips are:
1. Start my morning with warm water and lemon. This helps with my skin, immune system, and has many anti-inflammatory benefits, like keeping my PH alkalinized.
2. 15 to 30 minutes after my lemon water, I drink pure celery juice. I started this routine months ago. I rinse my organic celery and run it through the juicer. I started with 16 oz. a day but now I drink 32 oz. every morning. This brings amazing results to your skin, hair, stomach digestion, and to anyone who is suffering from chronic illnesses.
3. I try my best to exercise at least 4 times a week for my mental well-being and keep myself routined and active. Most of the time it is Pilates; other times I go to the gym or take a long walk through the beach. This helps me breathe and release.

Wardrobe MVPs that help you make it happen?
Versatile classic pieces that you can wear many times and never get tired of (like any Veronica Beard jacket), vintage and artisanal pieces that make outfits look unique, bold prints, and colors.
Share one example of how you made it happen through adversity...
When life gets hard, I take long walks on the beach to release all of my hustles and breathe in good energy. I accept what I am feeling at the moment, and live it through. I also get hands-on and try to think of solutions, if the situation is under my control. Or I'll ask a friend or my husband for advice, or I'll talk to my therapist. And if there is nothing I can do about it, I just let time do its part.

The person who changed my life is….
My son, Elias! He changed my POV since now everything is not only about me. Even though I do try to prioritize myself in many situations, I know I have to care for another person and not just myself.

Work-family-life balance—how do you navigate and stay centered?
Sometimes I work from my office, and sometimes I work from home to stay on top of everything that is going on there. I have one boy and I have the luck that everyone at home helps. On weekends I make the most out of my family time and try my best to stay away from my phone and anything work-related.
