JDRF
#VBGIVESBACK Day
On Thursday, September 24, we celebrated #VBGIVESBACK Day across all VB stores and donated 10% of the day's in-store sales to JDRF, which is leading the fight against type one (T1D) diabetes—and that's on top of what we've contributed for each veronicabeard.com order since July 1st. If you missed the events, don't worry, you can still give back and pay it forward: Every online order will continue to benefit the nonprofit through the end of the month.

“My daughter, Lauren, was diagnosed with T1 diabetes when she was 13 years old. She’s now in her sophomore at Cal Poly SLO. In the six short years that she has lived with this disease, the technological advances have been so significant and had enormous, real impacts on her day-to-day life. JDRF funds the research necessary to develop these innovative treatment modalities while working towards a cure. I breathe a little easier knowing that these advances help keep Lauren safe andd healthy while she’s away from home. I’m confident that one day there will be a cure and committed to supporting JDRF’s steadfast commitment to finding one.” — Lisa Dickerson

“JDRF cares, they support, they inform and they help improve the lives of T1 families! They are determined to find a cure and they will! My daughter still has her bear—it's the little things you remember.” — Bonnie Todman
