SAN FRANCISCO
Veronica Beard | 2241 Fillmore Street
Hosts:
Veronica Swanson Beard and 9to5chic's Anh Sundstrom
What's the significance of giving back for you?
Veronica Swanson Beard: I feel so lucky to be in a position to give back. We’ve been so fortunate and it’s so important to share that with those who haven’t been.
9to5chic's Anh Sundstrom: One of the most important things I want to teach my daughter is kindness and compassion—giving back is one way to spread kindness and compassion. It is itself an act of gratitude.
NEW YORK – UPPER EAST SIDE
Veronica Beard | 988 Madison Avenue
Host:
Veronica Miele Beard
What's the significance of giving back for you?
Giving back for me is natural and very maternal (without the kids). It’s caring on another level for something beyond ourselves. We are fortunate to be in a position to give back. A little thought, time and effort from all of us can make an enormous difference to others!
LOS ANGELES — PALISADES VILLAGE
Veronica Beard | 1062 N. Swarthmore Ave.
Host:
Elisabeth Rohm, Actress, Red Cross Volunteer and Ambassador
What's the significance of giving back for you?
Everybody who's suffering needs another human being, and they need that human touch more than they need anything.
HOUSTON
Veronica Beard | 4444 Westheimer Road
Hosts:
Sandra Carson and Kris Torberson, Texas Gulf Coast Tiffany Circle Co-Chairs
What's the significance of giving back for you?
Sandra Carson: For me, giving back is an opportunity to be the change I want to see in the world, starting with my community. Specifically, I support the Red Cross because I am passionate about its mission to alleviate suffering for those in emergency situations.
Kris Torberson: As you go through life, you add to the legacy you leave behind through the ways you share your gifts and talents. I have a personal affinity to working with women of similar minds to give back in a way that only a group of diverse and talented women can, to support the overall mission of the American Red Cross.
