Why are some items marked ‘Final Sale’?
During our sale, products marked 'Final Sale' in red cannot be returned, exchanged, or accepted for store credit. No exceptions.
How can I change or cancel an order?
We are unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed. In this case, we kindly ask that you return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.
What is your price adjustment policy?
Veronica Beard does not price match other retailers or offer price adjustments for orders that have been placed on VeronicaBeard.com. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
Does VeronicaBeard.com ship to military addresses or Puerto Rico?
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at Military Post Offices or Puerto Rico.
Does VeronicaBeard.com ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OK, PA, SC, TX, WA, and WI. Veronica Beard is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in any other states.

Do you take phone orders?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take phone orders, but please contact customer care for assistance with placing your online order (888) 686-9558 Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm EST.
Are all Dickeys and Dickey Jackets compatible?
All of our dickeys and dickey jackets are compatible unless specifically noted. The majority of our dickeys comes in two sizes, 00-14 and 16-24. We’re updating our dickey assortment to include extended sizes. Our sizes run from 00-14, with select styles available in 16-24. We'll continue offering more styles each season. We’re obsessed with getting the fit right, and that takes time. The simpler a piece is, the harder it is to get it right. Knit dickeys also come with dickey cuffs. Please note that Schoolboy and Scuba Hadley Jackets are not outfitted with loops for dickey cuffs.
My Veronica Beard Dickey or Dickey Jacket has different zippers, what do I do?
Dickeys that predate Spring 2012 have a different zipper than current styles. If you would like to update your old jacket or dickey, please email customerservice@veronicabeard.com for a conversion kit with the necessary trims.
How much is shipping in the United States?
Veronica Beard is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via FedEx. You may expedite your order via FedEx 2-Day for $20, or Overnight service for $30. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in NJ. Shipping must be elected at time of checkout. We are unable to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.
How many days does delivery usually take?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in NJ and may take 1-5 business days to arrive at your location. Please note shoes are shipped from our warehouse in California and can take up to 72 hours to fulfill. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events.
What is the cut off time for overnight delivery?
We ask that customers place their order by 12:00 noon EST (Monday through Friday) to guarantee 2-Day and Overnight delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will ship the next business day.
Does VeronicaBeard.com deliver on Saturdays?
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at customerservice@veronicabeard.com so that we can further assist you.
I did not receive an item that I ordered, what happens now?
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been back-ordered, is unable to be fulfilled, or if there are any other issues with your order.
What is a ‘Pre-Order’ and when can I expect it to ship?
Items that display ‘Pre-Order’ on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Please refer to the item description for exact shipping date estimations.
Can swimwear be returned?
Please note: Returned swimwear must be unworn and sent back with all tags and protective liners intact. Items that have been worn or with missing tags or liners will not be eligible for return.
Which forms of payment does VeronicaBeard.com accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay (on mobile only), PayPal and Affirm.
How can I check the status on my order?
If you have a VeronicaBeard.com account at time our checkout you can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or by contacting us at customerservice@veronicabeard.com.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
When placing your order, type in the code in the promotional code box on the checkout page and click submit. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary and then click purchase now. Multiple promotion codes cannot be applied towards an order. Promotion codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that are already placed.
How do I receive Veronica Beard promotions or special offers?
You may sign up for emails to notify you of special offers, new arrivals and trends here.
What if I do not receive my promotion code for signing up for the newsletter?
First, please check your spam or junk folders in your email inbox. If you have not received your code, please contact customerservice@veronicabeard.com to further assist you.
Where can I find Veronica Beard in a store?
Veronica Beard is currently sold at many boutiques throughout the U.S, as well as some locations internationally. A complete list of stores carrying our product can be found here.
How do I check for availability in a particular style?
Please see the product page for available sizing. Our website reflects our most accurate and up to date availability for styles and sizes. If we do not have your size, you may enter your email on the product page and we will notify you via email if and when the item returns to stock.
You’re sold out of the style I want, can I locate it in a store?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to the inventory of our retail partners, but we are happy to provide you with a stock list.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A customer account is not required for placing an order. However, register with us and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, request a return directly from your account, add items you love to your wish list or save your address and payment details.
I’ve forgotten my password-What should I do?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' prompt on the Sign In page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
Do you sell extended sizes?
Yes, we offer extended sizes. Our sizes currently run from 00 to 14, with select styles in sizes 1 to 24. Each season, we're gradually rolling out additional styles, in sizes from 00 to 24, as we perfect our fit. Our goal is to deliver a collection that makes you feel great, confident, and empowered—for all the different parts of your life, no matter your stage in life.
Why do you only offer select styles in extended sizing?
We’re serious about fit and it takes time to ensure our fit is perfect across all sizes. We'll be honest—it's a gradual process. For the past year, we have been working with with Kedic, the industry expert on extended sizes, to ensure our collection is aligned with industry standards.
Our goal is an extended range of sizes for the full Veronica Beard collection. We will get there and want to take the time to get it right.
Why do some of your sizes feel smaller than a similar size at another brand?
Our technical design team is diligent about ensuring we have a consistent fit across categories and silhouettes within our collection, but every brand has a different fit. Our goal is to remain consistent and true to the VB fit while also looking to the marketplace to make sure we are aligned with industry standards. We appreciate your patience—and feedback.
Do you sell extended sizes in jeans?
Yes, we offer sizes 24 to 34 with select styles available in sizes 15 to 24.
Do you sell extended sizes in shoes?
We’re currently focusing on ready-to-wear and jeans, as those are our biggest categories and want to perfect those fits. We’ll expand into additional sizes in footwear as that business develops.
What is Affirm?
We are pleased to partner with Affirm to offer customers residing in the US fixed monthly installment financing options for your purchase(s) on VeronicaBeard.com. At checkout, choose Pay with Affirm. Follow the prompts on Affrims external application portal. Affirm asks you for a few pieces of information and performs a credit check when you apply for a loan, this won't impact your credit score. After you provide this information, If approved, Affirm notifies you of the loan amount that you're approved for, the interest rate, and the number of months that you have to pay off your loan. After your purchase, you'll receive monthly email and SMS reminders directly from Affirm about your upcoming payments. How do I return an order that was purchased using Affirm?
Follow our standard return process by starting a return here. The refund amount will be released to Affirm within 10 business days of arrival of the return at our warehouse. Once the refund amount is processed from Veronica Beard to Affirm, the refund amount will show up in your Affirm account within 3–45 business days, and your balance will be updated.
