American Red Cross

In the spirit of our #VBGivesBack partnership with the American Red Cross, we got in on the action and spent a day volunteering with the nonprofit. On Thursday, the Veronicas and VB HQ threw an early Valentine's Day party for veterans from various VA hospitals in New York. We took over a hall at the Red Cross offices in Midtown Manhattan for a bash to remember—complete with manicures and mini-makeovers, courtesy of Glamsquad; raffle giveaways from Veronica Beard, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and essie, and delicious eats by Butterfield Market and Catering. There were stations for card crafting and growing your own herb gardens, too.

We also set up a photo booth from Flux—after all, what's a party without some snaps to capture all the fun? And that's really what we loved seeing the most: the laughter and camaraderie of these incredible women... and their ear-to-ear post-pampering grins.
