Veronica Beard is experiencing an exciting period of growth and we’re making strides every day because of the hard work and dedication of this team.

Culture has always been critically important to Veronica Beard and we are so thrilled to introduce the launch of VB You, our community engagement initiative. VB You will be focused on teambuilding and deepening our workplace relationships through opportunities that are grounded in Diversity, Leadership, Wellness, and Community Development. These groups will work together to plan programming around education, mentorship, self-care, and volunteering—just to name a few.

MISSION

VB You is a community engagement initiative that is focused on promoting a collaborative and welcoming work environment at Veronica Beard. This teambuilding effort is organized into four groups: Diversity, Leadership, Wellness, and Community Development. Each group is committed to investing in your professional and personal growth and will provide programming that is fun, interactive, and educational. At its core, VB You collectively strives to create an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels supported.
