What is the perfect rise for me?

The rise measures the distance from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband, determining where the jean sits on your torso.

What jean length works best for me? 

The ideal jean length depends on both your height and how you want the style to fall on your leg. Inseam length is measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

"Pants are just proportionally bad for average height women. They are way too long and more of a wide leg than barrel, with a very skinny waist. I'm a true 26/27, waist on these was tiny (sized up to a 27 and it's still tiny), legs were huge and I was swimming in them.
