Great customer service wonky fit

"I ordered the top and I had the same problem that an other reviewer on here described, the shoulder doesn’t lay flat and that seems to be because the seam is not sewn neatly nor correctly. Since I ordered a size 00 and the other customer indicated she ordered a size 6 it seems to be a manufacturing problem and not a one off problem. I contacted customer service right away. They were very nice, quickly sent me out a new one and I returned the defective one. The new one was okay and I kept it. I really like their clothing and will continue to purchase it, but I certainly hope that somebody looks into this issue so going forward manufacturing problems like this do not arise."

"There’s something really off with the shoulders. The material puffs up in the middle right on top of the shoulders, like the cut isn’t quite right. Disappointed for how expensive this is."
