I really wanted to LOVE

"I really wanted to LOVE this bag. But there were three parts that were not what I anticipated. 1. I found this bag to be very unstructured - floppy 2. The color is not as pictured the description says, "rafia" but it is more gold than the "rafia" color one assumes. 3. The toggle takes engineering to get through the hole. It took me waaaay too long to "close" up the bag. How I wished it would have been right for me."
