The Role:

The Social Content Creator works collaboratively with multiple internal teams, including Brand Creative, Marketing, PR, Buying, Merchandising, and E-commerce to create quality content for, but not limited to, our social media channels.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who excels at conceptualizing innovative ideas that engage target audiences and is able to translate the brand aesthetic into best-in-class, thumb-stopping, platform-native content.

Creative and willing to experiment, the ideal candidate is also able to work collaboratively, take direction, and integrate feedback into the work.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, create and deliver daily organic social content assets for, but not limited to, Instagram (posts, stories & reels), TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook as well as emerging or new to the brand platforms.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage (video & still) and other supporting assets from editorial photo shoots, campaigns, brand moments and activations and translate into compelling social media content.
  • Identify opportunities for source footage, materials, and assets, and quickly and efficiently repurpose into exciting social media content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Ecomm, Copy, and Marketing to understand product, editorial and campaign requirements to identify where to add value.
  • Maintain and evolve a distinct and consistent visual voice across platforms.
  • Generate ideas to incorporate new creative trends and insights to enhance social media creative.
  • Identify internal and external creative resources to expand and enhance the brand’s organic and paid social media creative.
  • Develop shoot strategy boards with Brand Art Director.
  • Oversee quality control for all social content, moving and still.
  • Incorporate performance learnings and insights on a regular basis to optimize and evolve assets and creative that balance both business and brand objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • 4 years of professional experience in social content creation for fashion brands
  • Experience in photography, videography, and photo/video editing
  • Deeply social media savvy and have a strong understanding of how to create digital content within the parameters of social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and short deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in design and video editing software
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own projects and work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong cross functional collaboration skills

 

The base salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
