Allocator

The Role:

Veronica Beard is looking for a passionate Allocator to support the ongoing expansion and continued success of the DTC business. This role will own inventory management for our retail stores and ecommerce website in partnership with the Business Planning Manager and Buyer/Planners to ensure sales and stock remain in line.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review size profiles and manage bulk order creation following market
  • Communicate in-warehouse dates to cross-functional partners
  • Partner with team in creating initial allocation strategy by factoring in OTB, product performance and business trends, store feedback and key objectives, then distribute inventory to retail stores at style-color-size level
  • Complete weekly reporting and data analysis to develop a strong understanding of store personas and overall business
  • Own in-season replenishment and manage inventory available on bulks for ecommerce and store replenishment
  • Communicate with stores regarding customer needs, special requests and inventory inquires
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure orders allocate appropriately and arrive on-time in stores
  • Partner with store teams to troubleshoot and escalate inventory issues

Digital

E-Commerce Demand Planner

The Role:

  • Responsible for forecasting our e-commerce business, in concert with our digital marketing, site and planning teams.
  • Reports out on key metrics related to our site performance, especially as it relates to our demand revenue, shipping forecasts, and returns
  • Communicates results and forecasts to the broader organization, including executives, and makes business-critical recommendations based on forecasts and insights driven
  • This person requires strong leadership and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have the ability to dig into the details, while also articulating the big picture to executives and other stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop our e-commerce business demand forecasts by working with our digital marketing, site, data, and planning teams to understand channel growth, site behaviors, historical demand, and product trends, merging quantitative data (e.g. shipments) and other marketing, customer, promotional, and market intelligence demand signals
  • Work cross-functionally with the DTC buying/ planning team to validate inventory needs based on our channel trends and consumer demand, forecast returns, and help maximize our inventory efficiency
  • Provide selling insights specific to e-commerce to help inform merchandising and product development (e.g. out of stock requests), and creative (e.g. digital asset success vs. productivity of sku)
  • Assist in new product and promotional planning with the goal of aligning our marketing, site, and finance forecasts with those from planning
  • Work closely with our data and CRM teams to incorporate key customer insights into our forecasting capabilities

The Role:

The Field Recruiter will be primarily responsible for recruiting for open store management roles throughout our network retail stores. This individual will report to the Senior Vice President – Human Resources. Responsible for job description creation through offer acceptance. This role is located out of our New York corporate office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates via internal and external methods: cold-calling, networking, employee referrals, internal movement, etc.
  • Create, update, and maintain online job postings and boards
  • Screens candidates and use the most appropriate criteria

The Role:

The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for the product direction and performance of all RTW categories. The individual will work closely with the Senior Director of Merchandising to develop a line that represents Veronica Beard and is aligned with the merchandise strategy for each delivery. The Role:

    The Merchandising Assistant role is to support product direction and performance for the RTW category. The individual will work closely with the RTW Merchandiser to support in developing a line that represents Veronica Beard.     Returns Assistant

    The Role:

    The Returns Assistant executes and undertakes all return-related activities. The person in this role will handle, and process all returns for our Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale Division.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Review daily reports from warehouse and process open returns.
    • Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution.
    • Work together with Customer Service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction.
    • Daily review and follow up of pending or missing RMAs through RMA systems.

                      The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000.                       Sample Coordinator

                      The Role:

                      Veronica Beard is seeking a Sample Coordinator to join our team.  This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all sample trafficking both internally and with external partners.  This role reports directly to the VP of Sales. 

                       

                      Responsibilities:

                      • Manage all product availability related inquiries for Wholesale, DTC photo shoots, and PR needs.
                      • Work within FashionGPS to manage setup, availability, and appointment management for all sample requests.
                      • Ensure sample closet(s) is well organized.
                      • Create style guides to be used by major department stores on shooting guidelines.
                      • Coordinate with Production to manage sample updates.
                      • Assist in the organization and maintenance of showroom as it pertains to samples.
