What is the perfect rise for me?

The rise measures the distance from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband, determining where the jean sits on your torso.

Jean Rise Guide

Mid Rise

What jean length works best for me? 

The ideal jean length depends on both your height and how you want the style to fall on your leg. Inseam length is measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

VB inseam sizing is based on a 5'8" - 5'10" height, or a 30" - 32" inseam.

"The pants are extremely cute & so happy I bought them. Would normally wear a size 26 as I am 5’5” & 113lbs. But since there were quite a few Reviewers commenting on how small these jeans ran, I sized up to 27. 27’s were not available & was stuck ordering the 28’s. Which I honestly thought might be fine. Nope!! They are beyond huge on me. So then I go back to exchanging them, & low and behold, the 26’s ARE NOW available. So odd. I’ll get around to exchanging them next week I guess. It’s been a bigger hassle than I had anticipated. I rarely get my sizing wrong. They will look adorable with all of my chocolate brown boots tho!! Excellent quality, as always from VB. 😊"

Super fun Jean, but….

"I loved the color block on this jean but sadly had to return because the sizing was way off. I own several Taylor jeans but I could not even get this one over my hips in my normal size. I think I would have had to size up two sizes but sadly they were sold out of that size. Too bad I really loved the color block pattern."

"I’m only giving 4 stars because the jeans didn’t fit but would have loved them if they did. The denim is non stretch so little room for error if they aren’t built for you. Also unable to hem due to the design. If you are lucky enough to have the right body you will be so lucky. Very cool."

"The design of these jeans are fantastic. However, I usually buy a 27 and 28 I tried the 28 and I could not get they up to my thighs. The fabric is extremely rigid and the style is extremely slim. I still believe these jeans are great on a very thin young body. I would size up two sizes or more."
