"At first, I loved this bag. But after a couple weeks of having it, it not only slips off the shoulder but the entire buckle comes undone! It’s very embarrassing as you’re walking and the bag literally falls to the sidewalk. If you put very minimal items in the bag, it doesn’t happen as much; but literally one half full water bottle, chapstick, a cell phone, and the bag strap separates and falls on the floor. Ugh 😑"
