The Role:
Veronica Beard is seeking a motivated EDI/Logistics Associate to join our Operations team and support all areas of the department. This person will be a self-starter, have a hands-on approach to all tasks and have experience working with cross functional partners. This role is based in our NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Review inbound and outbound sales transaction tables (850’s,856’s, 810’s) daily to ensure all transactions were processed successfully.
- Review pending 945 transactions and correct any issues.
- Review 846 transactions to ensure they are flowing properly.
- Assist with setting up new EDI trading partners.
- Manage style master as related to logistics (UPC creation, 832 Catalogue, Joor/ NuOrder upload)
- Inventory management – liaise with 3PL’s in case of discrepancies, confirm discrepancies and complete adjustments.
- Assist Logistics to ensure inventory levels are correct to support the business.
- Oversee annual inventory reconciliation process with 3PL’s.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to review chargebacks and provide documentation.
- Assist wholesale Logistics team with Ad Hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications, specifically MS Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferred (Exenta)
- Experience working with Sales, Production, Finance and 3PL’s
- Interest in the fashion industry is a plus
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
