What is the perfect rise for me?

The rise measures the distance from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband, determining where the jean sits on your torso.

What jean length works best for me? 

The ideal jean length depends on both your height and how you want the style to fall on your leg. Inseam length is measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

VB inseam sizing is based on a 5'8" - 5'10" height, or a 30" - 32" inseam.

"I wore this paired with the matching denim patchwork shirt, and several people on the street stopped to tell me they loved the outfit!. I had to go up a size in the jeans, since the material has zero stretch. Normally, I'm a 27 or a size 4, but I am glad I ordered the 28 in this to fit my hips. I think the waistband is a bit too big, but a belt solves that problem. (Actually, I find this to be my issue with most VB jeans- they are designed for longer-waisted people with less curve. ) These make a great outfit with the matching shirt!"
