Marina Larroudé, Founder of Larroudé
Getting anything done during quarantine was no easy task. Well, leave it to Marina Larroudé, formerly Barney's VP fashion director, to launch her eponymous footwear and accessories brand during that uneasy time. Her statement-making designs are instant mood-lifters—something we love here at Veronica Beard. Plus, debuting the entire line via Zoom was a challenge—to say the least—but Marina was and continues to be a game-changer in the world of fashion. Here, we chat with the founder on how she does it all and, trust us, you'll want to take notes.

Greatest challenge…
Launching Larroudé during a global pandemic. From conception to execution, all was done via Zoom, and it was not an easy task. I took one challenge at a time and kept my hopes high for better days.

My Style
My wardrobe MVP...
I tend to wear classic shapes and prints. Feminine pieces usually suit me better and VB clothes are just made for real women—the fit is impeccable and enhances a woman’s body. And the blazers! They are my staple. My go-to's over dresses or paired with jeans. A blazer completes any outfit.
