If you don't love your purchase, you can request a return within 21 days of your delivery date for a new size/style or a refund back onto your original form of payment—minus a
£10 return fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Last but not least: Don't forget to pack the garment tags and poly bag! Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you'll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.
For orders purchased in a Veronica Beard boutique, please contact that store directly to initiate a return.
Final Sale
Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit—no exceptions. This information is noted on the product page, highlighted in red at checkout, and included in the order confirmation email. Hosiery, socks, and digital gift cards are considered final sale.
This return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the separate legal right of withdrawal which is available only to EEA Consumers in some circumstances. Please reach out to Customer Service if you have additional questions or need help completing a return.
