Stone Crab season is October 15th through May 15th and I look forward to it rolling around just as much as I look forward to Christmas and the 4th of July. Stone-Crab Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
3 parts Hellman’s mayo
1 part Gulden’s spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp Worcester sauce
4 drops of Tabasco sauce
1/2 lemon’s juice
Salt
Pepper

Mix mayo and mustard.
