"This is really cute with the striped collar and cuffs and paired with the matching bias skirt. It is a floral print and very spring and will also look great with the Navy cashmere jacket I bought from VB this past winter. I questioned the "stretch silk" but the silk fabric is very much texture of regular crepe de chine and very smooth."
