What is the perfect rise for me?

The rise measures the distance from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband, determining where the jean sits on your torso.

Jean Rise Guide

Mid Rise

What jean length works best for me? 

The ideal jean length depends on both your height and how you want the style to fall on your leg. Inseam length is measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

VB inseam sizing is based on a 5'8" - 5'10" height, or a 30" - 32" inseam.

So Flattering, But Very Long & Runs Small

"I really love these jeans! The style is so flattering and the crossover waistband makes them feel a little different and special. That said, they definitely run very small. I’m 5’5”, 128 lbs, and normally wear a 25/26, but I had to size all the way up to a 28. I was surprised by how much I needed to size up, so I would definitely recommend going up 1–2 sizes, especially if you’re between sizes. The only other thing to know is that they are VERY long on me. I’ll definitely need to get them hemmed. Other than the sizing and length, I really love how they look and I’m happy I kept them. Just make sure to size up!"

Beautiful Jeans, But Definitely Size Up

"I really love the Veronica Bear Taylor Crossover-Waistband Wide-Leg Jeans! The style is beautiful, the crossover waistband is unique, and the wide-leg fit is very flattering. They look just like the pictures and have such a stylish, elevated look. For reference, I’m 5'5", 129 lbs, and normally wear a size 25. These jeans run VERY, VERY small! Even though I usually wear a 25, these felt significantly smaller than expected. The denim is also very stiff and has very little give, so keep that in mind when choosing your size. I would recommend sizing up at least 2 sizes, and potentially even more depending on your body shape and how you like your jeans to fit. Definitely don’t order your usual size. Overall, I absolutely love the design and look of these jeans. They’re gorgeous and very stylish, but the sizing is way off and the denim is quite stiff. If you get the right size, I think they’re a beautiful pair of jeans!"

Button Closure Jeans

"Great pair of jeans love the look but had to return the pants. The front fly is a button closure and the buttons were so tight it was work out to fasten the front closure. The jeans runs really small not the ordinary Taylor fit. I sized up and the jeans fit but not like a usual VB jean. Size up at least two sizes. I returned the jeans but they were really cute. !"

These jeans are beautiful but

"These jeans are beautiful but they do not run true to size. I wear a 27 in any brand and these felt like a size 24. I returned and reordered in a size 29 and they are so baggy from the waist down. I can't return them because I got them on clearance, will take them to a tailor and hopefully get them fixed to fit better."
