"The shoulders are all wrong on this blouse. The seams come way past my shoulders but they aren't fitted so it almost looks like shoulder pads have been removed and I'm left with this poorly fitted blouse. I have repeatedly put it on and taken it off. There's just no way I can use it the way it's designed."
