"at 5'7", 136 lbs, athletic body with about 6 lbs extra , usually size 27, purchased 28 and glad I did. Here is the deal, if you have a little extra in the midsection, size up to avoid your fat to roll up in the waist; the colors of the same size are inconsistent, this fits true to size, while the light blue is stretchier and feels better. However, the jeans are both extremely flattering. I purchased the blue on sale and paid for the beige in full ( ouch!), but they are truly well made and flattering. worth it!"

"Beautiful fitting jeans… of course very long on me, but will still be flattering when hemmed. They are a bit snug at the waist … more than my Carsons. They are a perfect off white and I love the contrast stitching color."

"Love these jeans. I have always had a hard time finding jeans that fit properly because I have narrow hips but sturdy thighs. I need high waisted jeans (always have) and these do the trick. I also like how they are medium weight, though I’m hoping that VB will make an even lighter weight jean cut for the warmer weather. The flare is a little wide and I might have it taken in, but the skinny upper leg flatters. I bought them in white too. They run super long. I’m 5’6” and had to take 4-5” off! Crazy. I’m 60 years old and 130 pounds. The 28 waist worked for me."

"I do love these jeans. Id say they feel little short in the torso and I could use another 1/2 inch in length when they are flared. But these are lovely. Love the color. PS Paige bootcut fit me perfectly. Im usually 31 waist 34-35 inseam buying high rise. I’m 5'11"
