My new favorite denim jacket!
"Love this jacket! It's truly amazing!!! Maybe one of the best statement-style purchases I've ever made, AND worth the investment. The removable rhinestone collar is super bling and even better than the online pics show. . . just blown away by how good it looks! I was nervous about sizing because I didn't want it to be too fitted and also didn't want it to be too loose as to look sloppy. I finally decided on a size 14. It is loose through the chest and I easily could've gone with a size 12, but it's tailored so well that it somehow feels like magic when I put it on. It absolutely works! The 14 allows for me to wear it over both dresses/tops as well as heavier sweaters without looking like a linebacker and still easily able to button all the way in either case. The denim is a light- to mid-weight and has a beautiful refined texture that keeps its structure. The cupro lining gives it a bit of a blazer feel that also allows you to safely wear over delicate materials like silk (would still be mindful of color transfer though). The length is perfect (I'm generally not a fan of shorter/cropped jackets. ). Depending on your waist length, it will sit right on or just below your hips. Love the gold-button detail and that the collar is removable for better versatility/style options. Front poctets are functional and substantial enough that you could probably get away with not carrying a purse if you are a minimalist (phone, keys, lipstick/balm, credit card, and ID). Would've also liked hidden sidepockets, but not complaining. For reference, I'm 5'7", 36B with slightly broad shoulders. My only real criticism is that, while it comes with a few replacement buttons, extra rhinestones are not included. . . so, will need to be extra careful when storing, wearing, and laundering that they don't catch on anything."
