I returned them for a 7, and they slipped off my heels too. I even tried heel pads because I wanted to love them, but to no avail. Maybe they aren’t high enough on the heel to stay on?? Sad they didn’t work. I usually wear a 7 or 7 ½. I have 3 pairs of VB sneakers and LOVE them!!"
