What is the perfect rise for me?

The rise measures the distance from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband, determining where the jean sits on your torso.

What jean length works best for me? 

The ideal jean length depends on both your height and how you want the style to fall on your leg. Inseam length is measured from the crotch seam to the hem.

VB inseam sizing is based on a 5'8" - 5'10" height, or a 30" - 32" inseam.

The Carson off duty kick

"The Carson off duty kick flare in large fit very well. However, the Carson kick flare in enough said was disappointing. I have two pairs in 29 and they fit quite comfortably, but enough said is tailored to be much tighter. I am having trouble keeping it on for a long time without getting a stomachache. It was final sale, but maybe it should be noted that it fits differently from your usual kick flare jeans. Thank you."
