Love that you can change it up with the different Dickey inserts and that you can have the layering effect without bulk and heat . Also love that the cuff buttons can be opened and turned up. I’d say this is true to size, but also very form fitting so if in between sizes I’d go up."

I decided to keep it since I am not sure if the size 0 would be too small with a sweater underneath it. I will try it on and see. Disappointed and returned. I think because of the fabric the fit was off. The sleeves (upper arm) were bulky and it didn't hold the same silhouette I'm accustomed to."
