Decor Tips
VB Chicago
Chicago, we've finally arrived! Come say hello at 11 E Walton Street! Here, your first sneak peek at our 14th store—and our first VB outpost in the Midwest. "The store feels like a little jewel box," says interior designer Carolina de Neufville, who shares decor highlights below, "very true to the Veronica Beard style in our mixing of vintage furniture and modern materials."
1. We get a lot of questions about the upholstery we use in our stores. In Chicago, you'll find Bagheera tiger-print fabric by Pindler—it creates a warm feeling while staying true to Veronica Beard's roots in a statement animal print.
2. The Maitland Smith tessellated stone and vintage travertine tables work as a neutral backdrop in the space, blending seamlessly into the white oak herringbone flooring and seagrass wall covering.
3. The Oushak rug grounds the space with splashes of cinnamon, blue, green and brown in a largescale pattern.
4. Adding some additional color, meanwhile, are scalloped fan chairs in a teal colorway. We love the way they play back to the blue tones seen in the rug above.
5. The space is flooded with natural light from the double-height windows, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
P.S. Safe shopping options available! Including virtual styling, phone orders, at-home delivery and our I Want It All consignment boxes.
