Social Studies' Amy GriffinAmy Griffin is a powerhouse entrepreneur. Not only is she a founding partner at G9 Ventures, but she also co-founded the party-planning destination Social Studies—think Rent the Runway, but for celebrations. She and partner Jessica Latham take care of everything from the table decor to the florals and in fun themes too, like Moroccan Nights and Shibori Picnic. In other words, it's a hostess' ultimate dream.

Too much time spent planning to bring people together. It should be easier.
Top tips to hosting a memorable summer party?
Keep it simple. Have a pre-made drink ready and always serve chocolate chip cookies.
