Tips to reclaiming your power?
The most powerful tool we have is our voice, so speak up!

What does #MAKEITHAPPEN mean to you?
#MAKEITHAPPEN is about manifesting the power already within us.

When in doubt, always remember...
No one is powerless when we come together.

Who or what inspires you to do so?
Women have always been my inspiration. The Veronicas are a great example of what women together are able to achieve. I love the expression “movers and shakers” because when we use our power to do amazing things, we are able to shake the entire universe.

Advice to others to make it happen?
Don’t give up, keep going, and know that every person who made things happen also made mistakes.

Tips on breaking barriers and challenging the status quo?
It all starts with self-confidence, self-love, and the unapologetic belief that you can create the business you want to see in this world.

Pro tip every entrepreneur needs to know...
Stay authentic to your personal vision, be a good listener, find mentors, and when you can, BE a mentor.

What does #MAKEITHAPPEN mean to you?
It means to generate, to create, and to keep moving forward. It means to throw yourself in the ocean and keep swimming no matter what. It means to always have a solution instead of a complaint.

Your must-haves to make it happen?
Positive energy and a good mood, a strong team to delegate and not get overwhelmed, notes of things that need to get done, and an organized calendar. Be kind and ask for things politely—it always works to get the best out of people.

Who or what inspires you to make it happen?
If it involves helping others, that's my drive right there! To ease someone’s burden is what inspires me the most.

3 must-haves to make it happen?
1. Flexibility
2. Patience
3. Ability to question the status quo.

Richa Moorjani, Actress

Best advice received…
Make your work be about something bigger than yourself. When you come from the intention of being of service, your work and actions will almost always be received better and the “results” or outcome become far less important.

What does #MAKEITHAPPEN mean to you?

3 must-haves…

1. Set goals—what do you want to achieve each day, week, and month.
2. Education—educate yourself on the things you don’t know.

Tina Wells, Author, Business Strategist & Advisor

DEBUG: cgb/block-vb-two-column

What does #MAKEITHAPPEN mean to you?
First, it represents what women do every day. We always #MAKEITHAPPEN. To me, it means utilizing every resource available to you to do the best that you can with what you have.

On work-life balance…
I don’t believe in balance. I don’t think that’s something we can ever achieve, and yet women are always asked to find balance. I believe we can create a harmonious life where family and friends and work mix in the most delightful way.

What does being a leader mean to you?
For me, leadership is about recognizing what we have to offer others and being open to receiving what others have to offer us.  I believe that what makes for good leadership is to be a person in a position of authority or influence who uses one’s power to be in service to others.
