Erin Andrews, Sportscaster & Television PersonalityQ&A
The biggest one is my passion for sports. I love how competitive the players are, the stories behind the teams, athletes, and coaches. And I love telling their stories. I guess you would say I also have a passion for performing. When the camera lights turn on, it's an exciting feeling.
Tips to succeed as a woman in a man's world, like the sports industry?
Be prepared. Have thick skin. Treat everyone around you with kindness.

No matter what obstacles or what adversity stands in your way, you get it done.
My family.
Make lists, write it down as soon as you think of it and make time for yourself.
A pad of paper, a good playlist and a good attitude.
And the wardrobe MVPs that help you make it happen?
High-waisted jeans, a comfortable top, and a well-fitting blazer.

Right now, it's into the Derek Jeter documentary series. I loved all his quotes, especially the one where he says, "I’m a real told-you-so guy. I love proving doubters wrong."
Advice to others to make it happen?
Don’t take 'no' for an answer, figure out another way to get it done.
And how do you give back? What are the causes important to you—and why?
St. Jude. Anytime you can support children and families who are dealing with cancer, do it. It's a no-brainer.
