What got me started...
With a background in modeling, I was always interested in the fashion and beauty space but I never had plans of becoming a content creator. After having my second child, Benjamin, I went to school for holistic nutrition and decided to start a YouTube channel so I could share what I was learning. That intention carries through to everything I do today—my focus is sharing my perspective and the knowledge I’ve gained through my personal experiences, whether it’s about fashion, motherhood, or marriage. The very best thing about my work is being able to connect in a meaningful way with so many incredible women across the world.

What clears my head...
Meditation! I make time for it even when it feels that I have none. I also love walking by the ocean—hearing the waves always calms my mind!

HOW I MAKE IT HAPPEN

3 morning musts...
I’d say my morning musts are reading (even if I only make it through a few pages), coffee (or matcha), and a 5-10 meditation on Insight Timer to set my intentions and energy for the day.

Best advice received...
Take full responsibility for your happiness. The way I heed this advice is by taking ownership over my mood, my thoughts, and my actions. Of course, external factors are always present, but I try not to let them dictate my state of mind or decision-making.

Wardrobe MVP...
Ah, this is a difficult one! I’d say an oversized blazer OR a pair of wide-leg blue jeans are my wardrobe MVPs. They’re versatile, you can bring them into every season, and they never go out of style.

Favorite wardrobe hack...
I use a lot of hacks regularly, but I especially love using a string or ribbon as tie on the back of my trousers to get the perfect fit around my waist. I also love using a belt under oversized sweaters to mimic the perfect “tuck” into jeans or a slip skirt!

Beauty/self-care must-haves...
Oh, I have so many! I love doing gua sha and facial workouts when I have the time—so luxurious and soothing. I’m also a HUGE proponent of wearing SPF every day, and I specifically love Supergoop’s Unseen Sunscreen. Otherwise, I really just prioritize finding moments of silence and peace in my daily life since it can get pretty chaotic!
