Recipe: The Paloma
Ingredients
1/4 c mescal or tequila
1/4 c club soda
1/4 c fresh grapefruit juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 grapefruit wedge
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
Directions
Pour some salt on a plate. Rub half of rim of a highball glass with grapefruit wedge, then dip the rim of glass in salt. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar in glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in mescal, add ice, and top off with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

Ingredients
1 oz premium dark rum
1 oz Bacardi rum
1 oz coconut-flavored rum
2 oz coconut syrup
One fresh coconut
Directions
Scoop out the inside of a fresh coconut and set aside 2-3oz of the coconut water. Combine the coconut water with the other liquid ingredients and add a little ice. Pour the mixture into the coconut and garnish with a cocktail umbrella.

Recipe: Mango Mojito
Ingredients
2 oz rum
4 oz mango nectar
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon sugar
5 mint leaves
Club soda
Directions
Combine rum, lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar in a cocktail glass. Muddle your mixture together until the mint leaves are bruised and the sugar starts to dissolve. Fill the glass with ice, top with mango nectar, stir to combine, and top with club soda.
