VB Spring 2020
NYFW Street Style
At our Spring 2020 presentation yesterday, there was plenty of incredible fashion both on the runway—and off. Here's a look at what the street-style set wore at our show—plus, style tips on how to recreate the look at home.
Still not sure about allover sequins for day? Look to these ladies for inspiration. Wearing our Nila Dress in silver and red, respectively, both women exhibit unabashed glamour and style. Keep your streamlined and your accessories minimal for a refined finish.
Style tip:
If you’re going to add an accessory, make it a belt. This move not only ups the fashion ante, but also defines your waist. Win-win!

Blogger Michelle Madonna Charles shows us how to approach florals with major edge. The pro tip here: Take a floral piece, like our Selena style here, and sharpen it with ultra-luxe black accessories—like a blazer draped over the shoulders, perennially cool aviators, city-chic ankle booties, and a classic investment bag.
Style tip:
We’re seeing a theme of evening dresses for day, and we’re here for it! Just remember toughen up the polished styles with pieces that are in your everyday rotation—think blazers, boots, and sunglasses.

Ladylike tweed and laidback flannel are an unconventional pairing, but actress Brittany Snow beautifully combines the two with a cool, nonchalant approach. The result is an uptown-meets-downtown vibe we love.
Style tip:
Finish the look with trending accessories, i.e. Snow’s satin turban headband and point-toe ankle booties.

Another Arielle Dress sighting, but done in a retro-chic way by Katie Sturino. With a braided red headband, matching red lips, and charming heart-shaped sunglasses, Sturino brought a playful sensibility to the bold dress.
Style tip:
Bring in another pop of color (and another animal print!) via your bag. Sturino shows us how it’s done with her lime green zebra print pouch—an unexpected complement to the Arielle dress.

Leopard and plaid together? We say yes, yes and yes. And no one does it better than Eadie did at our presentation. Combining our Arielle Dress and Alger Dickey Jacket with piles of gold jewels and statement sunglasses, she shows us how to take leopard to the next level.
Style tip:
Keep the look sleek with pulled back hair, neutral makeup, and cool-girl sneakers.

Our glamorous Stacia Dress is a study in modern maximalism. The bold print and maxi length let you stand apart in the best way, but you can also take it up a notch with the accessories you choose—like Frances Estrada’s street-chic pop of emerald here.
Style tip:
Add a vintage chain belt and sharp sunnies to complete your street-style fashion moment.

Dressing head to toe in one color makes for a standout look that telegraphs major sophistication. But doing so in rich, elegant hunter green? You'll have everyone green with envy.
Style tip:
Pair the power-suit look with classic accessories for the ultimate in polished style.
