The Role:
Veronica Beard is looking for a passionate and talented E-commerce Product Manager to join our Digital Product team. As a member of the Digital Product team, you will partner directly with the Director of Omni-Channel Operations and Ecommerce Product, UX Designers and other partners across the Digital and corporate team as well as outside agency partners.
You will be responsible for driving, maintaining, and executing our e-commerce roadmap. You will own the front-end site journey, finding areas of opportunity within the conversion funnel, while also managing custom backend software and 3rd party implementations. You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders, synthesizing complex business problems into technical solutions, and presenting key successes and opportunities to business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience working as a technical Product Manager in-house at a brand, or at an agency, and has a track record for managing at-scale product launches. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is key. You bring a deep understanding of retail, customer experience and have a strong technical background. You have a mindset of innovation, and a passion to continuously iterate and improve. You display strong leadership skills and can bring individuals together and drive results.
This role reports to the Director of Omnichannel Operations and Ecommerce Product.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, execute, and synthesize the product roadmap for all e-commerce and digital product launches.
- Lead internal and external team members to produce thoughtful, creative, and scalable solutions.
- Own UAT for the website’s critical path as well as all new features and functionality
- Analyze and “dig in” to both qualitative and quantitative data points to inform CRO enhancements, A/B tests, personalization, and general site upgrades.
- Manage timelines and budgets for all projects, and communicate to all stakeholders the project status, risks, and post-launch performance and findings.
- Monitor and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and competitive analysis to bring innovative insights and solutions.
- Prioritize budget spend and own ROI analysis for new feature releases and 3rd party integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial design or related field is ideal.
- 3+ years of experience in building and shipping consumer digital products alongside designers and engineers
- Nuanced understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem/operations, customer journeys and industry trends and best practices
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate directly with engineers and technical partners. Expertise in Shopify or modern CMS platforms and systems is a must.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members such as Operations, UX designs, business development, marketing, data science, etc.
- Articulate written and verbal communicator

- Analytics and BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, etc.
- Personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield or Nosto
- Digital experience analytics such as Heap, Fullstory, Content Square, Adobe Analytics, etc.
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
