Ordering with an Account Set-Up
A customer account is not required for placing an order; however, if you register with veronicabeard.com you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, request a return directly from your account, add items to your wishlist, and save your address details.
You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email at the email address you submitted during checkout. If you did not receive your Order Confirmation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make additions, changes, or cancellations to an order once it has been placed. In this case, we kindly ask that you return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.

Veronica Beard does not offer price adjustments. Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

Discount Code After Order Confirmation
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that are already placed. Please make sure the discount code has been applied and you see the discount subtracted from your subtotal before submitting your order.
Placing an order is not a guarantee of stock availability. Stock is confirmed during the order processing stage and allocated to your order at that time. If we run into any issues fulfilling your order, we will send you an email to let you know.
Checking Order Status
If you are logged into your veronicabeard.com account at the time of checkout, you can check your order status by visiting your Order History under My Account, or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Unfulfilled Order Status
Newly submitted orders enter a processing stage before shipping—this processing stage is identified by the term Unfulfilled when viewing your order status in your account. When your order ships, the status is changed to Fulfilled and a tracking number is sent via email.
If your order status is marked as Unfulfilled for three or more business days, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update on your order status.
Redeeming Discount Code
When placing your order, type in the code in the discount-code box on the checkout page and click “Apply”. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary and then click “Complete Order”. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed or retroactively applied to orders that are already placed.
Order Not Received
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been back-ordered, is unable to be fulfilled, or if there are any other issues with your order.
