Return Instructions

After your return has been submitted, you will receive a complimentary FedEx return shipping label via email. Once printed, please attach and send back via FedEx. Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive back to our warehouse. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Any orders shipped back to the warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Policy

We are pleased to offer an extended holiday return window for eligible purchases made on November 16, 2020- December 31, 2020. Please contact our customer service team by January 3, 2021 at customerservice@veronicabeard.com should any of your orders purchased during this timeframe need to be returned. Please note all final sale products are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

You have 21 days from the day your order ships to request a return. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Please log into your VeronicaBeard.com account or our Returns Page to make a return authorization request. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment tags and poly bag. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Please note: Returned swimwear must be unworn and sent back with all tags and protective liners intact. Items that have been worn or with missing tags or liners will not be eligible for return. Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on veronicabeard.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not offered. If you wish to try a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.

Price Adjustment and Price Matching

Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Veronica Beard is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed on VeronicaBeard.com.

Final Sale

All items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Returns will be refunded less a return shipping fee of $15, this applies to all purchases made on veronicabeard.com.

Late Returns

Returns must be requested within 21 days from the day your order ships. Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

Third-Party Returns

Our policies cover purchases made on Veronicabeard.com and in Veronica Beard retail locations. We’re unable to accept items purchased at partnering retail locations, as these transactions are subject to the retailer’s own Return and Exchange policies. Please contact your point-of-purchase retailer directly to discuss return or exchange options.

Shipping Multiple Returns

For the most efficient return processing, please ship returns using only the corresponding return label created for the item(s) in the box. Items returned with a return label other than its assigned label may be subject to a returns processing delay.

If you still prefer to mail your returns together, we recommend printing the additional return label and tucking it into the polybag of the corresponding item.  

Faulty Goods

All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify customerservice@veronicabeard.com immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
