Store Return Policy

Store purchases are returnable within 14 days of purchase only when in original condition with garment tags intact. If you are no longer close to the Veronica Beard store where you purchased the item, please retrieve the email address of the relevant store from our Store Locator page, and submit an email request to the store directly within 14 days to receive a prepaid return label.

Locating Size in Store

Items are not guaranteed to be available at every store, but we are always happy to check! Simply submit a request with the item’s name, color and your desired size to customerservice@veronicabeard.com and we will be happy to confirm its availability. Items available at Veronica Beard store locations may be ordered over the phone with free FedEx ground shipping.

    Returning an Online Order to a VB Store

    Items purchased on veronicabeard.com which were paid with a credit card can be returned to any Veronica Beard store location. Please bring the original card with you to the store to have your return processed. Orders paid with alternative payment methods (Shop Pay, Affirm, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.) cannot be returned in store. You have 21 days from the day your veronicabeard.com order ships to return your items to a Veronica Beard store location. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment tags and poly bag. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear and tear. Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
