Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

Veronica Beard is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. on orders of $100+ via FedEx. Orders totaling less than $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee. Shipments to Hawaii are charged a flat rate of $40 for FedEx Ground and are not eligible for complimentary shipping over $100.  Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping via FedEx Ground. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow one business day for processing for all clothing items, and up to 3 business days for processing for shoes. Orders placed before noon ET will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day, regardless of shipping speed chosen at checkout.

FedEx Ground on Orders Less Than $100: $10

FedEx 2-Day: $20

FedEx Overnight: $30

Buy Online, Pickup In Store

Most pickup orders are ready in 4 hours or less! Choosing Pickup at checkout doesn't mean your entire order has to be picked up. If some items aren't available at your selected store, we'll prepare the available items for pickup and Ship the rest directly to your shipping address.

Express Delivery Cut-off Time

We ask that customers place their order by noon ET, Monday through Friday, to guarantee 2-Day and Overnight delivery for in-stock items. Orders placed after noon ET will ship the next business day, which may affect the ultimate delivery date. Orders placed for pre-order items with expedited shipping methods will ship via the selected method once the product becomes available. Orders placed for shoes will be shipped within 3 business days via the selected shipping method. Please note that we do not deliver orders on Saturday and are unable to arrange Saturday delivery at this time.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

Orders placed with FedEx Home Delivery (FedEx Ground) are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, and are delivered 7-days a week, including Saturdays. Weekend delivery is not available for FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight, and we are unable to arrange Saturday Delivery at this time.

Updating Shipping Method

Shipping method must be selected at the time of checkout. We are unable to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.

Shipping To Military Addresses Or Puerto Rico

At this time we are not able to ship to military addresses or Puerto Rico.

Shipping To A P.O. Box

At this time we are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery Signature

Orders are shipped with no signature requirement for delivery. To request a signature requirement, please email customerservice@veronicabeard.com with your order confirmation / PO Number immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist, pending the order’s current processing status at the time your request is reviewed.
