"There were a lot of rich browns in the collection and I wanted to play with that…and I wanted to play with texture. It’s a moody, smoky eye. And I loved the idea of making it glossy and making it a little bit messed up."
Start by priming and plumping the skin with the vitamin enriched face base.
Next, apply Bobbi Brown’s skin long-wear weightless foundation for that perfect, lightweight base. Brighten the under eye with the skin full cover concealer.
The Eyes
Create a layered look on the eyes to hone in on the smoky-eye effect. Start with the real nudes eye shadow palette in golden nudes and stonewashed nudes. Then, apply the luxe eye shadow in sun dip. Layer in even more texture and depth with the long-wear cream shadow stick in cinnamon, bark and golden bronze. Finish with the long-wear gel eyeliner in chocolate truffle and smoky eye mascara. And don't forget the brows! Use the micro brow pencil to shape and define.
Easily achieve an allover, sun-kissed glow with the bronzing powder, then add in a pop of natural, flushed pink with our pot rouge in powder pink. Illuminate and brighten with the pearl-infused highlighting powder in quartz glow.
Depending on lip tone, use the luxe lipstick in either beige dew, brownstone, or boutique brown. Just press it in.
Hair
The Look
"A relaxed ponytail with a bit of that nomadic, undone style to it. Nothing is too perfectly placed, but still results in a finished look."
Start with the volumizing tonic to add a bit of hold before starting to style. Then, dry hair with the Dyson supersonic. Add in the phomollient styling foam to give a slight wetness to the look, and finish off with control force hair spray.
The Styling
Create a clean center part and pull the hair back into a ponytail at the middle back of head. Use an elastic cord to tie the ponytail and then twist the hair slightly. Then, tie that twist with another elastic cord and pin it to the head leaving the bottom portion of the ponytail still dangling down. To finish the look, spray control force to set.
