Formerly the SVP of communications at Tom Ford, Hawkings took a career risk and made the jump from fashion to flowers when she started her floral delivery service in 2014. Today, the London-based Hawkings is a leader in the flower industry, with FLOWERBX as the only global luxury brand that delivers fresh bouquets across the EU and NYC. "I am completely committed to creating the first global flower brand," she says, "and am equally terrified and excited by doing something no one has ever done before."
