San Francisco, we heart you too. All weekend long, starting today through Sunday, we're donating 10% of all in-store VB sales to the nonprofit Saint Francis Foundation, which benefits Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in the Bay Area. An institution in the city, dating back more than a century, SFMH is a not-for-profit community hospital—with a focus on the word community. Join us in making a difference and, below, three ways your donations will make an impact.

Grants
Donations of all sizes make major grants possible for the hospital. Most recently, one such grant allowed for a new piece of robotic-surgery equipment called the Da Vinci XI from Intuitive. With it, procedures that used to be much more invasive may be achieved with much less recovery time, both in and out of the hospital.

Funding Specific Service Lines
These include the Women’s Health Institute, the Gender Institute, Behavioral Health/Substance Use, Sports Medicine, and SFMH's dedicated COVID-19 ward, which was the first in the city to open an entire floor with 48 beds. To date, SFMH continues to receive those most critically impacted by the coronavirus throughout the Bay Area and surrounding region.

Community, Community, Community
Have we mentioned community? The Saint Francis Foundation works closely with the San Francisco community, making grants to local nonprofits that are focusing their resources to those most in need. Your donations will benefit some of the most at-risk segments of the city’s population.
